Welcome
How can you rebuild your life while carrying the memory of what you’ve lost?
Losses are an inevitable part of the human experience, touching every individual at various stages of life. Whether it be the loss of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, the conclusion of a career chapter, or the fading of a long-held dream. The pain associated with these events can be profound. How we approach these losses in life, will make a difference. Do we choose to suffer in meaningless pain or do we allow ourselves the power to transform these pains into hope?
Welcome to this space where we embrace the inevitable losses that life brings and learn how to make use of them for growth, self-discovery, and transformation.

"Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom.”

Grief is a natural emotional response to loss, not a mental illness. It arises after the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or major life transitions, and involves a range of emotions like sadness, anger, guilt, and confusion. These feelings are a healthy part of the grieving process. If we know how to process them in a healthy way, we will be able to draw strength from these difficult emotions too.
Inspired by Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s companioning model of grief care, Eve incorporates this compassionate approach into her grief coaching. She sees herself as a friend, an equal counterpart to her clients. She believes in being fully present with them without trying to fix or direct their pain.
